Navigate through your EasyEviction’s Subscription Plan
Managing your EasyEviction subscription plan effectively helps ensure that your account is always aligned with your business needs. Whether you're upgrading for additional features or downgrading to reduce costs, the ability to manage your subscription helps you maintain control over your billing and access to essential tools.
This guide will help you explore the features of your EasyEviction Subscription Plan, enabling you to make the best choices for your needs efficiently.
Access Admin Settings
To get started, log in to your EasyEviction account and navigate to Admin Settings. You can find this option on the leftmost side of your screen or under the button where your firm name is located. Clicking on the firm name will open a dropdown menu, where you can select Admin Settings.
Proceed to the Subscription Page
After navigating to the Admin Settings, click on Subscription.
Overview of Current Subscription
The first section displays your current subscription, including your plan, the amount, and the date of your next bill. Here, you can also edit the number of seats and change your plan by clicking the "Change Plan" button.
Billing Information
Next is the Billing Section, where you can view your billing address and payment method, with the option to update them as needed.
Invoice History
Here, you can view the status of each invoice, the creation date, billing period, total amount due, and the option to download the invoice in PDF format.
Close Account
This section allows you to deactivate your account; however, please note that doing so may result in the permanent removal of your data.
