May 1st Plan Update: What You Need to Know
Thank you for being a loyal customer! For the last 5 years, EasyEviction has proudly supported attorneys and their clients by offering valuable tools and visibility into case information. As we continue to improve and expand our services, we want to keep you informed about upcoming changes that will affect your account and subscription plan.
What's Changing?
Effective May 1, 2025, all legacy Enterprise licenses will transition to the new Pro plan. As part of this transition, there will be a small price adjustment. Here's what you can expect:
- Price Adjustment: The price for your current Enterprise plan will increase by $10/user/month, bringing the new cost to $109/month.
- Annual Pricing Option: If you prefer to lock in a lower price, you can choose to switch to Annual Pricing, which will remain at $99/user/month.
This adjustment is necessary as we continue to build out new features and enhancements, ensuring that you have access to the best tools in the industry.
Why Are We Making These Changes?
For the past 5 years, EasyEviction has kept our pricing consistent across the board. However, as we introduce more advanced features—such as Single Sign-On (SSO), AI-driven tools, and additional integrations—we need to adjust our pricing to cover the infrastructure and maintenance required to support these innovations.
Additionally, our platform provides unlimited client users and unlimited documents, which requires significant resources to maintain and enhance. This price adjustment ensures that we can continue developing new premium features while keeping the quality of service you expect.
What You Need to Know About the New Plans
Pro Plan: For users on the current Enterprise plan, your account will automatically transition to the new Pro plan on May 1st. If you currently use Recurring Invoices, SCRA Automation, EvictionAI, Custom Permission Groups, or plan to take advantage of SSO in the future, we recommend upgrading ahead of time to the new Enterprise plan to ensure you continue having uninterrupted access to these advanced features. In addition, each Enterprise customer will be set up with a Customer Success Manager to help you get the most out of EasyEviction!
Free Plan: When the Property Management Portal becomes available as a premium subscription, a new free plan will be introduced. The free plan will allow Property Managers to invite attorneys to use the platform with basic functionality. However, it will be limited and can only be used in connection with a premium Property Management subscriber.
How Can You Upgrade?
We encourage all affected users to review their options and decide whether the Pro plan or Enterprise plan (available with advanced features like SSO, EvictionAI, and more) best fits your needs. If you wish to upgrade ahead of time to the Enterprise plan, please contact our support team, and we will assist you with the transition.
If you're currently on a monthly plan, we recommend switching to annual pricing to lock in the lower rate of $99/user/month.
