A1: The login page will receive an updated look, and your account will automatically transition to the new system the next time you log in. There’s no action required on your part; simply log in with your existing username and password as usual.

A2: If you forget your password before logging in after the update, don’t worry! Simply contact our support team through the help center in the bottom right corner, and we’ll assist you with resetting your password.

A4: The update will be rolled out on April 7, 2025. Once it’s live, you’ll automatically transition to the new system the next time you log in.
