Converting documents from a Microsoft Word text document (docx) to a Portable Document Format (PDF) is now possible. This guide will assist you in previewing a document and generating it in either Document format or as PDF.

From the Templates Menu, select the document you wish to preview or convert.

This action will generate the chosen template.

The action of generating a document will reflect on the Activity Log. On its right side are four different options to edit the file generated.

Clicking the "Download Icon" will download the template in a Microsoft Word text document (docx).

Clicking the "Eye Icon" will show a preview of the template in PDF.

You can download the PDF Preview by clicking the "PDF button" at the bottom right corner of the Preview.

Next to the PDF icon is another download button. Clicking on this will download the PDF preview as a Microsoft Word text document (docx).

The Toggle Button:

Press the "Delete Button" to permanently eliminate the generated file from the case.
