This guide will walk you through the efficient process of linking a Property Manager with a Client, simplifying the retrieval of their cases and invoices for report generation.

When adding a Property Manager to a Client, all the client's cases and invoices are updated with a reference to the linked Property Manager. This enables both case and invoice reports to be filtered by property manager.
Step 1: Go to Clients
On your Dashboard, click the Clients widget, then select a client.
Step 2: Go to Property Managers
Turn on the Property Managers toggle button on the Client Page.
Step 3: Click "Add Property Manager" button
On the Clients Page, click the "Add Property Manager" button to add a Property Manager.
Step 4: Fill out the Add Property Manager form then click Save
Enter the required details then click the "Save" button.
Step 5: Property Manager added to the list.
The New Property Manager is now included under the list of Property Managers in your EasyEviction account.
Step 6: Link the Property Manager to a Client
Turn off the Property Managers toggle button. Doing this step will lead you back to the Clients Page.
6.a. For an Existing Client
Select a Client on the Clients Page.
Click on the 'Pencil Icon' to Edit the Client's Details.Click the 'drop-down button' beside the Property Manager tab on the Edit Client Details Form.
Select a Property Manager.
Click the 'Save' button to preserve the modifications.
6.b. For a New Client
Click the 'Add Client' button on the Clients Page.
Click the 'drop-down button' beside the Property Manager tab on the Add Client Form
Select a Property Manager.
Click the 'Save' button to preserve the modifications.
Step 7: Property Manager has been successfully linked to a Client
The linked Property Manager shall appear on the Clients Page beside the Client's name and on the Client: Open Evictions Page beside the Property Manager label.
