EasyEviction provides a practical solution for the Permanent removal of a Client from your EasyEviction account. This functionality completely removes all cases and client references related to the deleted Client.
Here are a few steps on how to delete a Client Permanently:
Step 1: Go to "Clients"
On your EasyEviction Dashboard, click the "Clients" widgets.
Step 2: "Select the Client" to be removed.
Click the client's name to be deleted on the Clients page.
Step 3: Go to "Settings"
Click the "Settings" tab on the Open Evictions Page.
Step 4: Click the "Delete Client" button
Permanently Delete a Client under the Client Options.
Step 5: A Confirmation pop-up form will appear
If you are certain about your decision to permanently delete the selected Client, please enter the Name of the Client to be deleted in the blank space provided; then, click the "DELETE CLIENT" button.
Note: After Deleting the Client, all records including eviction cases, invoices, messages, and associated client settings will be permanently deleted.
