Bulk Importing Evictions

Upload more than one eviction in a single file!

With EasyEviction's user-friendly interface and efficient Bulk Import Evictions feature, you can simplify your eviction management process and maximize your productivity.

Learn how to upload multiple evictions in one file with the following steps:

Step 1. Click the "Eviction Inbox".

Step 2. Click the kebab menu or the three dots menu, then click "Bulk Import Cases"

Step 3. Click the "Download Template (CSV)" Button.

Step 4. Fill out the "Eviction Import Template"

Make sure that the row headers are always in row 1.

Step 5. Upload the filled-out Eviction Import Template.

Save the filled-out template in CSV, XSL, or XSLX format. You can drag and drop the file in the upload box or click the "browse for a file" button.

Step 6. Click the "Next" button.

Step 7. Map Fields

Review and/or modify the uploaded details on the Map Fields page.

Then, click the "Next" button.

Step 8. Status Indicator

Take note of this status indicator located at the lower right corner of your screen.

A red highlight will indicate a Data Error.

Hover your mouse on the exclamation mark to see the specific error.

You can promptly input the missing data by clicking directly on the empty field or the field containing the error.

Type the required data in the box, then press the Enter key.

You may also click the "Start Over" button on the upper right corner of the screen to reupload the revised file.

Step 9. Process the Eviction

If there is no data error, click the "Process" button.

Step 10. View Cases inbox

A green highlight indicates that the case has been created.

The evictions have now been successfully imported into the inbox for your review. You can proceed by clicking the "View Cases in Inbox" button to continue.

Step 10. Eviction inbox

You will find the newly bulk imported evictions in the "Eviction Inbox".
You may proceed to Delete or Process the Eviction.
