How to send messages in EasyEviction

Messaging with the Client in EasyEviction's Attorney Portal offers a seamless and efficient way to communicate throughout the eviction process. With this user-friendly platform, Lawyers can easily exchange messages, share important documents, and provide timely updates to their Clients, all within a secure and centralized system. By streamlining communication channels, EasyEviction empowers Attorneys to enhance collaboration with their clients, ensuring transparency, clarity, and a smoother eviction experience for all parties involved.

Below are the steps on how to use the messaging tool.

Step 1: Messages Icon

Click the Messages icon on the left side of your dashboard or the "Send Messages" button.

Step 2: Messages Page

After clicking the messaging icon or "send messages" button, you will be directed to the Messages Page.

Step 3: Create a New Message

Write a New Message by clicking the "pencil icon" next to the Filter tab.

where you can create a new message. Select a case to start messaging.

The Messages are sorted from the newest the oldest.

The recipient can then read the message and respond. All messages are stored in the messaging portal, so both parties can refer back to them at any time.

Click the "View Case" button to see the Eviction Details.

You can also communicate by clicking the "Send Message" button at the action center.

This messaging system allows both parties to communicate in real time and it also allows them to have a record of all the communications for reference and documentation.

The attorney or client can also use the messaging portal to provide updates on the status of the case and to answer any questions the landlord or tenant may have.

The messaging portal is secure and all communication is encrypted to protect the privacy of both parties. It is available 24/7 and both parties can communicate with each other at any time.
