Adjusting your Notification Settings

Get organized, be on schedule, and increase productivity by turning on important reminders in the Notification Settings. The enabled notification messages will be sent to your email.

Follow the easy steps below on how to customize the notification settings so you can get the alerts you want and when you want them.

Step 1: Click "User Preferences"

On your EasyEviction Dashboard, click the name of the company then click User Preferences.

Step 2: Click "Notifications" on the left pane.

Step 3: Toggle on/off the "Enabled" button.

EasyEviction recommends its user to enable Email notifications for the following actions:

  1. Whenever users are added/removed to/from an account.

  2. Eviction default settings – these settings will be used when new evictions are filed (by attorney for a client or by clients)

  3. New invoices

  4. Daily email option – a summary of all of the actions taken on evictions

Step 4: Click the "Save" button.

Click the Save button to save the changes made.

Step 5: A popup notification will appear.

Before clicking the save button, the notifications will only have an effect on future or new evictions. After clicking the save button, a popup notification will appear. Click the "Yes" button if you wish to override watcher settings for all cases you are currently watching.
