EasyEviction is a simple and effective service that will help you keep track of clients, add tenants, and manage your rental properties. Whether you are a landlord, property manager, or real estate investor, EasyEviction is the perfect solution to help you stay organized and up-to-date with your rental business.

In this article, we'll show you how easy it is to add clients to your EasyEviction account. With just a few clicks, you can be on your way to a successful and efficient rental business.

Step 1: Go to your EasyEviction Dashboard.

Click the "Add Client" widget to add a client to your EasyEviction account or Click the "Create a New" button

Step 2: Fill out the Add Client Form.

An "Add Client Popup" Form will appear. Make sure to input all the required details. The form consists of the Company Information, Contact/Plaintiff Information, Invoice Details, and County Override Rules.

The Client Identifier is a series of letters and numbers meant to identify the client and prepend any case numbers to find cases easier. For instance, if a client’s identifier is set to EZEV, then their first case number will be EZEV-1, and so on.

The Identifier is an auto-generated Company Name's Acronym. You may edit the letters to suit your preference or whenever it has been already taken as shown below. It is used to quickly locate the client's information when being searched.

Note: You can only use letters and numbers to edit the Identifier and can only be edited in the "Add Client" Form.

Scroll down to fill out the Invoice Details and County Override Rules

Step 3: Click the "Save" button.

After filling out the required details, click the Save button to proceed.

Step 4: Client: Open Evictions

The new client's details can be edited by clicking the pencil icon on the left pane of the page.

And that's it! You’ll be able to easily keep track of your client’s personal and financial information and manage their tenancy with ease.
